I just saw the new recruting material. "1,000 leads(or more) weekly..." Well, yes and no. The branch buys leads from a lead "factory" for lack of a better word. Divided thru out the office. I averaged about 6 or 7 leads a week. Then you'll get a business list. The businesses from each town in the state you live in. There is a column that states how many employees : 10-20
Well, if you see 10 businesses with 100 employees, that is your 1000
When I was there I called a business that stated there were 60 employees;
...And a colleague had called the business about 4 minutes before I had.
I also got my own leads from different sources. It was even more of a hassle. Despite what recruiters tell you, the policies "don't sell themselves". My main problem was the expense that I entailed. I spent more than I brought home. Sometimes I would have to see potenital "clients" 3 or 4 times. Sometimes I'd show up, only to see someone from my branch already there. |
