A month ago I went to my interview at the RRC, 2 hours after the interview they had a job offer for me. I accepted it a couple of days later. I sent in the security paperwork a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing from them since them. Is this normal or should I be concerned.

a background check should be no longer than 3 weeks, you didnt get an offer letter?
